As the Organizing Committee intends to publish the conference proceedings before the conference start, we encourage all the authors and reviewers to respect all the suggested deadlines.

2- presented according to the sent "doc" template and format instructions
3- written in English
4- being reviewed (if the case)
5- one Author registered until 15-03-2008
6- one Author with a Presenter registration fee payed until 15-03-2008
